One holy choice: not every moment is good, but believe God is good in every moment.

Holy in the Moment, by Ginger Harrington is a book that I'm excited to tell you about- not only because Ginger is a beautiful writer,  someone I've followed and been encouraged by for years, but because the message of her book is one that is simple, true and necessary for everyone who wants to live a life of faith for God.

This book is all about bringing holiness into the ordinary moments of our daily lives.  Ginger illustrates the importance of choices that are made, and how those choices affect the way we live out a life of faith with stories from her own life.  She's relatable and honest and though this is a substantial book, the pages turn quickly because it's an engaging read.

Ginger's book will be available in many different locations on March 6th- but it's available for pre-order right now. I highly recommend it!

When we live in our fears, we have to wonder what we really believe about God.
— Laura Dingman, This I Know

This I Know: Trusting Your Unknown Future to a Known God, by Laura Dingman is a Bible study that I was recently offered an opportunity to review.  This was my first introduction to the writing of Laura Dingman, but I was intrigued by the title.  Trusting God is a main theme throughout my writing and I was anxious to take a look at this study.

Learning to trust God comes through nourishing your relationship with him.  Regular time in scripture, prayer, and application of the truths in the Word are all ways that we can move beyond simple knowledge about God, to really experiencing and knowing him as a loving Heavenly Father.

This I Know, is a well organized series of lessons that point to who God is and why he is trustworthy.  I enjoyed the illustrations from Laura's own life.  Prayer, reflection, discussion questions, journal prompts, and scripture readings are all part of this study. I thought this study was well-written and informative and I highly recommend it.

This book is available now.  You can get your copy, HERE.

She enjoys belting Broadway, laughing hysterically, reading great books, and living life with her favorite two people in the whole world, her husband, Matt, and her spunky daughter, Abigail.
